Plan on getting the run around here. Nobody was straight with me and it was an endless wait. The deal I got was mediocre to bad. The finance guy took so long (would get up and disappear for 20-30 minutes at a time) the bank closed. Have made three trips to the dealership now and still no bill of sale. Sales people were rude and dismissive. I spent HOURS waiting and have had to make repeated trips back to the dealership to get things done. Expect to do more work yourself than the salesperson, who will charge you $650 for a "Delivery Fee" that must be what they charge customers to sit in the dealers room.

I put a $400 deposit in cash on a 2006 Pontiac at Kristal auto mall at 2584 Flatbush avenue in Brooklyn New York on July 22nd, 2007.
The sales man, Adeel Butt told us, if we wanted our deposit back for any reason, we could go back and get it the same day, going on how he is not in a position to hold anyone's money.
I found a better car for less money at a different dealership and called Mr. Butt for my money back, he told us to come it, with the yellow receipt and he would have it for us. We went down there, waited and waited, got the run around and basically got harassed by him along with the financing agent. They didn't even want to give us the yellow copy of the receipt back with out an argument.
When ever I call them up, I get the run around and they wont even put me on the phone with a manager.
I just don't want this situation to happen to anyone else looking forward to purchase a vehicle. You could imagine how destruct I am, being that this is the first car I ever shopped for.
Please help me warn everyone not to shop for a car with these thieves.
