I recently had to put my dog to sleep, and brought him to Kreature Komforts. Naturally, I was quite upset and the staff was extraordinarilly helpful both for me and my dog. They were professional, maintained a sense of decorum, but were so sympathetic and gave me all the time I needed with my pet and knew when not to intrude. I can't thank the staff of kreature komforts enough for thier compassion and help. If I do get another pet, Kreature Komfort will be where I take it. Also, to respond to another review, the facility was immacultely clean.

Patricia McCormack is a great Vet!!! she takes all the time you need to answer any question you may have. My pets love her and don't even mind going to see her. I have been to several Vet's in the Reno area and did NOT care for them. She is defiantly the best vet in Reno by far.
