Weren't prepared when they came to my house

I called and made an appointment for a locksmith to come to my house to re-key the locks and switch the two-key locks to an indoor thumb turn. (So I don't have to look for my keys every time I want to go outside.) Despite specifically asking for this service, the locksmith did not come with the appropriate materials. Then, when I asked him to do this task, he repeatedly tried to talk me out of it. He didn't even consider going back to the shop to pick up the appropriate supplies and he never accomplished that task for me. I'm going to try someone else next time.
