I could not seem to get any assistance...

from my local "AutoZ" store, I drove a distance to thes Kragen. The Gentlemen acknowledged me as i entered and soon assisted me in finding the correct utility part i was searching for. I will make this store my FIRST stop from now on. Thanks Fellas Much appreciated ...

I needed a brake light and had no idea how to find one. Went to Kragen and the clerk came out to my car and showed me how to take off the cover, took the burned out bulb and gave me the replacements. Very friendly and helpful. Great customer service.
