If your bike needs service DON'T GO HERE! So far it has been 11 days and 2 trips and my bike is still in pieces. I can't wait to see what garbage I am stuck with once they ever get finished with it. All that needed done was new cables and clean the drive train. My dead mother could have done a better job faster.

Kozy's has built a great name in Chicago and there's a good reason. They're a great bike shop! They have some of the best selections of bikes in the city, including Giant, Specialized, and Cannondale. They even carry women's bikes, which many stores don't.

I bought a new bike there earlier this year and received good service. They were one of the only stores in town that had the bike I was looking for in stock. I took a test ride and got personal attention. They answered all of my questions.

i bought my bike here last year for the AIDSRide and went back in several times for adjustments, tune-ups, etc. and everyone was always very nice. it's not cheap, but they've got a good sale rack of cycle wear, and a great selection in general. worth checking out.
