This is a great store. Took my suitcase in because all the zipper tabs had broken off. When I asked how much it would cost to repair, I was informed this should never have happened - so, they had all new tabs installed FREE of charge. It only took a week to repair, suitcase was ready when promised, and all service was provided with a smile. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I found this business.
