I don't see why the negative posts...both from the same person. I love their food and hospitality. The owner, Erin, is a great human being. Needless to say, his Christian upbringing shows and flows over into his way of doing business. I will keep on coming back for the good food and service.‎

WAS THERE THE OTHER DAY AND HAD COUPONS. MY NIECE GOES THERE ALL THE TIME. THEY SAID ONLY ONE COUPON PER TABLE. WAS THAT SO WE WOULD NOT USE THEM AND SIT TOGETHER? IT DID NOT WORK, WE SAT AT DIFFERENT TABLES AND USED OUR COUPONS. SORRY BUT THAT WAS THE ONLY WAY WE COULD AFFORD TO EAT THERE. ANN THE MANAGER SAID SHE WOULD NOT SIT US TOGETHER BECAUSE, SHE WAS NOT GOINGTO LOSE HER JOB OVER IT. UMMMMMM, A BOSS THAT WOULD FIRE SOMEONE FOR PLACING PEOPLE TOGETHER IS A JERK. THE OWNER ""SHOULD"" NOT HIDE BEHIND BIBLE SCRIPTURES, AND ACT THAT WAY. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS? GREEDY, COLD, MONEY HUNGRY, SELFISH, ETC ETC. WWJD???? HE WOULD OF WANTED US TO ALL SIT TOGETHER. WE STILL USED THE COUPONS! SO WHAT WAS THE POINT? UPSETTING US AND WORD OF MOUTH IS NOT VERY GOOD. The first time I went to Kountry Folks in Riverside, it was good, not great, but good, great service. The 2nd time I met my family there was "Horrible" We had coupons, we were not allowed to sit together as it was one coupon per table, so we all had to sit and yell at each other if we wanted to have a conversation. We were told by Ann, the manager, if that's what you want to call her, (very bad customer relations) that the "owner" gives away alot of food bcuz of the coupons, well then....stop sending out coupons!!!!! Duhhhh........ our server Jamie was "wonderful", great customer service. But what bothers me the most, was seeing my elderly parents eating by themselvs... Shame, Shame on them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will NOT ever go back!‎

After hearing that they have great food...I had to check it out. I ordered the biscuits with sausage patties and gravy! They were yummy and filling! I would definetly go back there!‎

have eaten here on average once a week for a couple years. I do tend to stick to the breakfast side of the menu, but that is true most everywhere I eat. Anyway, obviously I enjoy dining here. The food is always hot & tasty, the prices ...
