They were fast and affordable. Fixed my fridge that was not cooling. I will always use these guys if I have a say in the matter

I have bought three appliances from Kossel's, a dishwasher, refrigerator and a washing machine. The purchases were several years apart. I had trouble with the dishwasher after I installed it and they came that day and fixed my error for free. The refrigerator was a display model and had a dent on the door. They said they would repair it if I purchased the refrigerator. I bought it and they ordered the part. They came and installed the part a week later. In terms of the dishwasher, my old one died and I called that day regarding a replalcement. I knew what model I wanted and they had it in stock. They had to go by my place that day and delivered it too me the same day I called. No charge for the drop off. The prices were good, the service was great and they were quite dependable. I will continue to go to Kossel's for my appliances

Kossel's tv and appliances is a great store to shop if you are looking for used appliances still in wonderful working order. they sell everything from used t.v an dvds to used washer an dryer sets to ovens, refrigerators an microwaves and all at a reasonable price. this is a highly reccommended place for people on a budget.

I highly recommend Kossels service center. They are one of the few honest appliance repair places. We have taken many of our appliances there to repair. If they are not worth repairing they are honest and let you know if you would be better buying new. Also you can buy refurbished appliances there. I bought my dryer used from them a few years ago and it is still working and it was at a fraction of the price of a new one.
