Worst dental office in town...

Took my son today for a routine cleaning. Quality is masked by fun games and tvs for kids in the waiting room, toys, etc. Waited for over 40 minutes to be told that it would be at least another 45. Then was told an inacurate amount owed. They are very cold to my kids. They are not personal at all. They thought we were there for our first visit and we have been patients for quite some time. I complained about the wait time and was told that "corporate" has changed the scheduling. They have slotted more patients in with less doctors. Of course to make more money. It's like a cattle drive. They are all about getting "Them" (the kids) in as quick as possible to make more money. What does that say about the quality of work? BEWARE!‎
