Kontoulas Builders built our home and we were very specific in our contract with Jimmy. He did not deliver under the contract and we had to pay twice to get the home we wanted. I would stay away from Kontoulas Builders. I ended up getting the home I wanted after handling the mess he left. <br />

Now the home is beautiful because of my own efforts. <br />

I complained to Jimmy about the Doors delaminating while the home was being built because he was so late in getting anything done. I called the manufacturer of the doors and the rep replaced the doors free. Jimmy stole the doors and never replaced them. I had to re-buy the doors. <br />

The original contract price verses what we paid was not lived up to. <br />
