Customers beware! This dealership will rip you off. I brought in my honda for service and they were able to fix it with some additional supposedly broken parts. This was okay but as soon as I got out of the dealership, another problem came up which was not a problem when I initially brought it in and they vehemently denied that they have something to do with it and wanted me to pay for the repair. Their prices were really high and the customer service I got was at best worst.

I have been to other dealerships and this is far by the worst one I have ever been to. We bring our car to delearships and pay a premium price since they are the professionals and this shop has been an extreme disappointment.

I would never go back nor recommend it to anyone.

Kolbe Honda's priority is obviously customer service! I come here time and time again and travel 30 miles away even though there is a Honda dealership closer to where I live. All of the staff members are friendly and explain everything thoroughly without sounding condescending. That's very important to me as a woman who does not know much about cars. The pluses at Kolbe Honda are: 30 minute express oil changes (no appt. needed), free bottled water and free coffee/espresso/cappuccino/latte machine. I've recommended this dealership to all my friends who travel from afar as well just to experience their superior customer service.

I don't often write reviews but when someone is really good, i think that they deserve recognition. I'm in the market for a new car and Sean Crawford at Kolbe was not only knowledgeable and solicitous, he treated me seriously and helped me figure out what I really want in a car.

I wholeheartedly recommend Sean if you're looking for a Honda.

By far the best Honda dealership I have ever dealt with. I have been a Honda owner for many years and had visited both independent and franchise repair shops before I found Kolbe Honda. Once I experienced their service I have not been any place else for service on my wife's or my Honda.
