Sorry ladie, but people make mistakes. Nobody is perfect and you obviously feel very upset over this overlook by the clerk. Possibly you should have looked in the box when trying on the shoe to find security tags visible. The ladie that sent the message is overlooking a GREAT department store. I personaly love the stores cleanliness and organization. I will visit the store this week.

I purchased a pair of running shoes today which I planned to use with a friend in Orange County. Here is the problem. When I arrived at my friends and opened the box, I found that the store clerk had left the security tag on one of the shoes.
I was unable to use the shoes,and had to borrow a pair from my friend. The survey you have did not give me a chance to let you know. So I am letting you know now....

I am not very happy...
