what a dump
Wow. Looks like a totally different store than it did a year ago, when we customers could tell the difference between your store and the Baybrook store. Now it's a WRECK, juniors and misses and the underwear section look AWFUL! I also don't recognize any of the employees any more. Maybe that's the problem? Maybe you need to hire some employees (or maybe even managers) who know what they're doing? What was wrong with the old crew? Is Kohls suffering financially and forcing layoffs? Whatever you've done doesn't work. It's a shame. Because the League City store was BEAUTIFUL when it opened and for a few years after that...
