Rude Customer Service
I went to this store to return an item that I changed my mind on (tags and everything still attached). Val in customer service advised that the return would reduce my Kohl's cash and I was fine with that. After the return I went to shop some more to use my Kohl's cash. When it was time to check out, the lady checking me out said I had to go back to Val in customer service to be able to use my Kohl's cash???? When I went back to Val (angry look on her face) she said she didn't remember me returning anything and was completely rude. I am never one to complain but I felt I had not choice but to make a complaint about how terrible her attitude was. I couldnt't leave that alone. She was sarcastic and had a very sour look on her face and even asked me for an apology, are you kidding me?? I hope management finds this review and becomes aware of how their employee treats people.

Very good when its on sale by dan l. at InsiderPages
The prices are a bit higher than other store but when the clothes are on sale you cant miss the bargins. Also this is a great place to go on holidays like father's day because they always have great sales. This father's day they had mens short for 50 percent off!
