Whom ever gave this restaurant a 10 rating is out of their minds. THis is one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The bartender(s) do not know how to serve drinks, the hostess were rude and the food is terrible. I ordered the Kobe special that consists of steak, chicken and shrimp, all tasted the same. I tasted my wife's lobster, also the same. What a ripoff. In addition, when we left the restaurant, my glasses and shirt were full of grease that splatered off the cooking surface.

My wife and two children decided to try the Kobe steakhouse after seeing the advertisement on TV. We have been to other Japanese steakhouses in the past and have always enjoyed the experience. We worried that the portion/price would be too much for the kids and decided that they could share my wifes meal. My wife ordered the steak/chicken and shrimp dinner with fried rice. I ordered steak and shrimp. I had two beers and my wife had two mixed drinks. The children had soft drinks. Service was attentive and prompt. Fried rice was blan. Dipping sauce for vegetables was non distinct. Food preparation was entertaining. Meal overall was good but not the best I have had. The $120 tab was far to expensive for what amounted to two meals and 4 drinks.

Kobe has the best food in town!! Unbelievable shows!! My kids had the best time and my wife enjoyed it too. Try the gyozos....awesome.

The service was Great ....................but the quality of the food and the Price makes this restaurant a Loser. I can eat better Chinese food than this Place.

Ok, so it's not the cheapest lunch, but i'm very critical of my meals and this one met with my approval.

I had the fried rice (a definate must) and the steak entree. While the soup tasted fairly bland and the salad was non-impressive, the rest of the meal more than compensated.

The wait staff was friendly and attentive, and the hostess even took a moment to give us a tour of the saki collection.

Would I recommend this restaurant? Definately - give it a try for a good meal, and unusual dining experience.
