received absolutely horrible customer service from this roofing company! I booked the first appointment to get my roof fixed and received no word whatsoever as to whether they had assessed the roof damage or not. I had to call them back 3 days later with no apology and an excuse that their driver couldn't find the location and that it was "tricky" out there. As a new homeowner the previous owner had recommended I use this company because they had worked on the house prior to my purchase. So I decided to give them another chance and book a second appointment the following Friday. I gave them my cell phone # and told them if they had any issue finding the location again to call me. Once again no one called or followed up with me and the driver was a no show. I persisted to call again with no word or explanation still! Its a wonder this company is still in business!! It must just be because of the ridiculous commercials that everyone is subjected to on any given night! Do yourself a favor and find someone else who cares about your business!
