Keith has no liabilty insurance so we had to make a formal complaint to the AZ bar about his misconduct in handling my case.
I already spoke with Jim Lee twice on this matter, it is in everyones best interest to record all the conversations with ANY lawyer!
I have many recordings on keith, he lied to me cussed at me & didnt file on time he told me (on tape) we had a case then we went to court & he turned on me ( that too was recorded)
then he does not rescpet P. O. A's a legal document that is not to be signed and is not legal without BOTH person.... this Lawyer has NO RIGHT to practice law here in AZ or anywhere else for that matter, he lied to me and stole my money & he also lied to another lawyer making false claims
that too is on tape....i HAVE OVER 40 RCORDINGS ON THIS LAWYER I AM GETTING READY TO SEND THEM TO JIM LEE AT THE AZ STATE BAR THEY WILL BE SENT WITH A FORMAL COMPLAINT IN OCT OF 2007
