We used Knockout, beginning about 3 years ago for a termite bond service. We live in a historic home and found termite pellets in a corner. Knockout was one of the companies that gave us an estimate. Their price was about $350 cheaper than tenting and we didn't have to leave the house. They came and treated our house by drilling throughout the home and spraying a foam inside the walls. They continued to come back monthly b/c it was not doing the trick. Some places of my ceiling on the first floor and walls are stained from their chemicals. I continued to pay the annual dues to keep it up b/c I did not want to let them off the hook. However, after 4 years of this and 100's of holes in my walls from their drilling, enough is enough. I did not renew this spring and now I must pay a new company over $1000 to start a new bond, but atleast maybe they will be able to eliminate the termites.
