I will not shop at Kmart until returns become fair: It seems that this particular Kmart on kendall dr.Has some employees that are more willing to do their jobs than others.I felt that they either were understaffed or most of the workers were no where to be found.I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time and in the end never got what I went for.All i wanted was to exchance my faulty G&E cordless phone 27998 model number 27998GE6-B . I called the manufacturer and had to pay a long distance fee just to be told that it may be the battery that has a problem and thats not covered under warrenty .So I bought another battery about $11.00 later not to mention the inital $ 40.00 on the phone that doesnt work ,It still doesnt function. The new battery didnt fix the problem .What do I do now?Kmarts manager spoke to me so quickly and rushed and all she said was I can make an equal exchange but not of greater or lesser value nor another brandname.I agreed yet that model was not in stock ! Now Im stuck with a phone that doesnt work and two batteries

Sale items werent in stock and the floors were a little messy at times. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is helpful (if you can get a hold of them). Checkout isnt too bad since not that many poeple shop there - lol.
