This store has always had bad customer service, and when I visited today, the experience was no different. The staff is very indifferent and non-helpful. You can never find someone to assist you, and have to wait for long periods of time after someone is called. I usually dont complain, but I just bought some electronics only to find out when I got home that there were parts missing. This is inexcusable when you are purchasing something that costs more than 90% of the itmes in that store. To return it was a mission as well. If you are looking for quality and customer service, I highly suggest not shopping here.
