I return a few items purchased at the P. Hill K-mart location and the customer service "Diane" asked how come I return the items purchase at another store at this (Concord) location??? You go to Target and Walmart, they never ask you these questions except why u returning. The customer service by Diane (aka: return supervisor) is a waste of time and useless.

This just prove this store management is very bad. You don't want to tolerate this worse customer service then go to a different Kmart or Walmart or Target.
