Cancelled my appointment because they were "too busy"
I scheduled an appointment with Chris to have my AC fixed, only to have it cancelled because the owner Andrew (Chris's brother) said they were "too busy" and had jobs that were "more important" AFTER I cleared my entire afternoon of appointments. Very very unprofessional
