From the beginning, the consultant did not hear what I was telling her about my wedding day. She heard me say "fitted" and immediately put me in lots of mermaid and trumpet style dresses. When I expressed my discomfort with the fit and how it hit my hips, she just told me that I needed to get over what I think is a flaw.

I tried on about 15 dresses but only showed my friends who were there with me 2 dresses! After an hour I was exhausted and wanted to leave. The consultant also forgot to get me a robe so while she was pulling all these dresses, I was left sitting there in the room, by myself, in my underwear!

Go to Wedding Atlier for an AMAZING experience with consultants who really take pride in their work - and don't rely on the commercial "Say Yes to the Dress" fame.

I found my dress the same day. The service is great and the person i worked with was amazing.

I must say that when I made my appointment with Kleinfeld's I was expecting world class service and expertise..boy was I wrong!! The saleslady that helped me was rude from the very beginning. I specifically told her what I was interested in and she would bring the complete opposite. What really put me over the edge was when she insulted my maid of honor!! She was extremely unprofessional and I was very dissappointed with the way that we were treated. They have completely lost my business and advise brides to not waste their time with this store!!!

I really should have listened to the other negative reviews that I had read previously. I had the WORST experience here from the moment I walked through their doors. They are rude and didn't seem to want to help me find a dress, but only to pressure me to buy one when i did. The rooms were sweltering hot and after being cursed at by one of the saleswomen, I left immediately.

I ended up finding my gown at RK Bridal and had a fabulous experience. I even got my dress for a much better price!
