Very very bad experience by St C. at InsiderPages

Two female sales people I had with this shop - one for the kitchen and one for the tiles are very rude and un-professional.
The sales person at the kitchen world doesn't know what she is doing. The many mistakes she made is creating huge problems for our renovation project. The worst is she has a nasty attitude and a sort of whatever you said attitude.
The sales person at the tile took my money for delivery but said she couldn't ensure me that my order would be delivered. She placed the blame onto the delivery company. She wouldn't try to fix the problem or DO her job to ensure the delivery would complete.
When I asked for an exchange and reminded her my order WASN'T a special order, she wouldn't stop telling me my order was a special order. Many times on the phone with her, she was just sounding like shouting to me.
Besides, the location of the shop is at a dusty and nosy industry neighborhood - not easy to get to.
