I went to this service station for an estimate on my brakes because the dealer told me I needed about 700 dollars worth off repairs. This station repaired my brakes for 423. My car stops perfectly. I am very happy with this station.

I have had both my cars serviced here (1995 Saab and 2006 Volvo). They are professional, hard working and solid mechanics. They go the extra mile to save dollars by shopping around for parts, and can work on specially vehicles (like an old but loved Saab). I have had mechanics in 4 cities and 3 states and include these guys as among the best.

I have been trying for three days to get the owner to return my call concerning a battery purchased at his store and the owner, Sam, will not return my call. The station charged $141 for a battery and you would think they would return a call. I would not use this Shell service station again or recommend it to anyone on the corner of Kirby and Holcombe.

I went for the state inpection and was told that the brake pads had to be replaced. However, they can not get brake pads replaced properly even for 3 trips. The brake made a lot of noise after my first trip. It became very insensitive after my second visit, although the noise is reduced. Nothing changed better after the third trip.
