I was having a crazy problem with my computer. It kept reloading windows...over and over again! Was driving me crazy! I tried everything! Finally, went to Kinn Computers and in no time they diagnosed the problem! It's a great place to seek computer help.When I first read about Kinn Computers, I thought it was like a mom & pop shop. And you know what that brings to mind! But these people really know their stuff! Excellent customer service..It's really nice to see a family run business nowadays! This place is the place to go for your computer help!

My computer was locking up all the time. I took it to 2 local computer shops. The first on said that they could not duplicate the problem and charged me $50.00, the second one said it was a virus and charged me $80.00. Neither fixed the problem. I took my PC to Kinn Computers. They said it was overheating and sold me a new processor fan. The PC works great and the bill was only $37.00. I should have went to Kinn's first and saved myself $130.00

I had a gateway computer that needed a new hard drive. I took it to kinn computers; he gave me an estimate, and went on with fixing it. 7 weeks later I get a call and they say the computer is done. I go pick it up and pay for it, take it home, and it will not boot up, he said to bring it back in, so I did, another 4 weeks later I go and pick it up, guess what it is still not working, after spending almost 800.00 on it, I decided to cut my losses and toss it and buy a new one. Do not take your computer here unless you want to pay for nothing.
