I am not sure why other people would ever say anything bad about this company. These are the nicest, most professional people you will ever meet or speak with on the telephone. My son was arrested this week and when I called King Stahlman, I spoke to the nicest gentleman on the phone. He was very kind and explained everything very clearly to me about bail and how we could get our son out of jail quickly. They accommodated my request for a discount since my husband is in the military and we have lived in San Diego most of our lives. The only company I would ever call is King Stahlman because I appreciate their honesty and the professional way in which they treated me, my husband and our son.‎

The agent handling my brothers bail was very rude and pushy. It seemed like he didn't want to make the customer feel welcome and comfortable, it was the first time i bailed someone out of jail and all he was asking about was the money for my brothers bail. After a long and horrible process of filling out paper work, and running my credit, WHICH I SAID I DID NOT WANT DONE, we posted bail for my brother. After 5 hours of waiting, he insisted he would be out at any moment from the San Diego downtown jail. I got to tired of waiting and i walked to the jail to ask the status of my brothers bail because the bondman just kept ignoring my calls. The jail told me that NO BAIL BOND WAS POSTED & to my surprise he was not being held in downtown, he was in the police department in Chula vista.
