We shopped all over town for a ring for my husband's 70th birthday.
All the other stores carried the obvious merchandise. Kindlers' however offered us personalized customer service and we got the ring of his dreams with more than anticipated value. We will always go back Kindlers before making ANY final choice.

Less than a year ago I bought a setting for my wife for a diamond that we had inherited. It was expensive ($1500) but it looked beautiful with 4 small diamonds, deep channel set on each side of the main diamond, so we bought it. A few weeks ago she looked down at her ring and noticed it was missing the first diamond in one of the channels on the side of the ring. We took it back in so that they could replace the small diamond and they said that she must have knocked it out somehow or that the diamond must have shattered. She has a ring that she wears on her right hand (she is right handed) that she has worn for 11 years with 10 small diamonds set in channels and we have never seen a diamond shatter. I thought that only happened to glass. I am very disappointed with Kindlers and would not recommend them. It is my experience that they are long on schmoozing but short on quality products.
