I will never take my children to this salon again. I read the one bad review, but I thought the good reviews outweighed the bad. I was wrong. We set up an appointment and still had to wait for a stylist. Then when it was our turn, they forgot that we were even there. When we got to the chair, the stylist threw the apron around my daughter, not even taking the time to cover her completely. There was hair all over the floor that hadn't been swept up since the last cut. My daughter was really nervous, as she had never had her hair cut at a salon before, but the stylist didn't do anything to try to make her more comfortable. She just hacked away without saying a word. We were finished in less than 10 minutes. Her hair was not washed, or styled well at all. She has curly hair and all the stylist did, was wet it and comb it out to cut it. While combing it out, she didn't take special care to try to be careful about not pulling my daughter's hair.
