My son has been seeing Dr. Laura Chiang for 2 years now and I am very happy at the care he's had. Having a child with respiratory issues has been challenging and Dr Laura has been wonderful at listening and recommending a treatment plan. Even though I push back on antibiotics and steroid inhalers, she has really been patient and understanding. When I call the after hours number I receive a follow up call promptly in the morning. I couldn't ask for a better practice.

These doctors are great. If you need a sick visit they can always, always, fit you in on the same day. The doctors and staff are friendly and I love the murals in the rooms, and understand the pacifier tree in the waiting room, although its a bit creepy to me. I started out with them 5 years ago with my first child, then left the country for 3 years. Even though i live much further away, I still go to them with all four of my children. Doctor Laurie rocks!

The doctor displayed good diagnostic skills; however the front desk staff could learn a lesson or two on customer service and manners from any Starbucks barista. A culture of deaf ears is the word of the day regarding 45 minute late appointments on multiple occasions without any apologies. There were a couple of noteable exceptions, but it is unfortunate that such great doctors are either unaware or do not care about the value of their patient's time.

Dr. Eileen has been our pediatrician for both of our kids and we love her. She - and the rest of the docs at Kid Kare - are really great with children and are always happy to answer thelong list of questions we have as parents. Most of the doctors are experienced moms themselves which is very helpful. Especially helpful is their afterhours service and weekend clinic set-up with Stanford. Would definitely recommend this group!

My girls see Dr. Ruberstein (known as Dr. Laurie to them) at Kid Kare and love her. She remembers everything about your child and will make sure all your questions are answered before you leave. School forms are filled out immediately. Special infant check-up hours before all the sick kids get into the office.
