For the following reasons I would never deal with Keystone Builders. 1. They do not allow private phase inspections. They cite insurance reasons, but the inspectors have their own insurance. If a company looks like it has something to hide, it usually does. This is a deal killer with most knowledgeable buyers and realtors. This rule also goes for inventory and resales! 2. You are never allowed to meet the construction manager! EVER! I have dealt with Centex and Lennar and I could pick up the phone and call them whenever I wanted. Does this policy consistant with good customer service? 3. You never get a walkthrough until it is finished. This ensues the builder only lets you see what they want you to see. 4. In Charleston county South Carolina they were caught not providing a vapor barrier behind the siding and they did not comply easily. This is public record at the county building services office. 5.
