It's a long story...first mistake was walking onto the lot last year and actually leasing a car!...or was it a lemon...well anyway after 9 months of aggravation I had to passionatley request a new one! I've declared WAR on these people! I've had to take a $ loss and now pay more $ for a car that smells like an arm pit! I think there's mold in the filter! They are trying to fix the smell, but once again I have to go back more than once! Management does not seem to care at all about making their unhappy customers satisfied. Because I leased the other car almost a year ago they won't give me the same deal. I am forced to now purchase for more money!! Be aware of your rights people! That's the mistake I made..I didn't expect these people "management" to sscrew me over when they sold me the lemon in the first place!
