I was not very impressed with their ability to fix things. I took in a Zither, which need a new string and need to be tuned. Not only did they not have a Zither key to tune it with, they didn't know how to tune it. I wouldn't go back. They still charged me for putting a new string on, even though it was completley out of tune.

This store really is catering to their school. They have plenty of sheet music for their students to choose from as well as pianos, guitars and some other instruments. They are friendly and willing to order things for you too. However, they don't really have the selection that you will find at World Music. Again, I think that this is because they have a different market - their music students. Call ahead to see if they have what your looking for. They're very helpful here.

I bought a beginner bass guitar from here and the people who work there are extremely friendly. They helped me find a good quality guitar that was a low price and I am very happy with it. They even gave me a couple of picks, and a beginners book with a DVD for free. I was surprised by how helpful and kind the people were and how affordable their equipment was.
