The worst auto dealership for service that I have ever seen!!! Too much work; not enough workers!!!

Pros : NONE

Cons : Can't reach service rep by phone. Calls are not returned. Work is not timely.

Th hinge on my 2006 Terazza third row of seats was not repaired after the third trip to the service department i.e. 26 miles per trip at $3.29 per gallon of gas. I ordered the part through RPM service paid for the part and repaired the hinge myself. The Buick is under 36 month 100 % full warranty. I contacted the Buick division in Detroit and their response was: "We dont interfere with issues associate with our Franchise owners of Buick sales /service" . Nice Full warranty? Yeah and I am a bullfrog.
