We remodeled our basement and bought our carpet from Kevin's Carpets. We got a great deal and amazing service. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and the installers were courteous and fast. They arrived on time and with exactly what we needed to finish the job. We will definitely use Kevin's Carpets again and I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Kevins Carpets in Tates Creek Centre handled my new wood install. I purchased brazillian cherry for my entire upstairs and stairs. The floor is beautful and the contractors where very polite and efficient. I would use them again and I would and do refer them to my friends. Don was especially knoweledgeable and helpful.

I recently moved into a new home that needed a lot of work. I had to have all new flooring. A friend reccommended Kevin's Carpets and I bought new flooring for my home. They installed tile and carpet. I was impressed with their knowledge of the flooring and I felt they really helped me find the right carpet and tile that would look great and fit into my budget. I felt it would be good to support a local business over a big box store, bad idea! Kevin's installed my carpet, and within a week it was pulling off the tack strip. I called Kevin's 3 times and set up 3 separate appointments to get it fixed, and they never showed for any of them! I took time off work to come home so they could fix it, but they never showed!!!! I ended up fixing it myself after I purchased my own tools. STAY AWAY!!!!‎
