The Kettle has a great atmosphere and Food. The staff is always pleasent and environment is always good. The staff has always been great but there were a few bad apples that management has let go. I frequent the kettle on a daily basis and I am always pleased when I leave. The Staff always makes it right if I have a problem. The Kettle is a great place. Keep up the good work and I will keep prasing and sending customers to the Kettle.

I want to respond indetail to girly girls review.I am a chef and go to the kettle two or three times and week and have never had a bad experience. How could anyone have the details that this person wrote without haveing worked there,this looks as if it is pure vengeance. Why trash a good local owned buisness.The service is great and I am always treated with care and concerned.So anyone that believes this is a fool .

If you enjoy being served a finger nail that belongs to an illegal mexican, the Kettle is for you! How about the hair in your food? As I watched a mexican lady clearing dishes off a tble beside me..I asked her for a ketchup bottle (because Gerry my server whom also is illegal never brought it to me) the lady could not speak a word of english!! Go figure this place is terrible to the americain workers just ask them, yet extra special to the illegal's they employ....Mexicans eat for free but the servers pay for there food! It's pretty sad our country is going through hard times... americains starving literally! The highest unemployment rate EVER....and NOT one Americain works in the back of that resturant. All mexicans all illegal except for Juan whom houses all the mexican in one house wouldn't the INS love this information I may have to call them. The manager Dawn who comes to work looking as if she were rode hard and put away wet!! Third shift is the best time to go to the Kettle Gina the manager is the BEST...her husband Greg cooks food to excellence...Never go from the hours 2-10 Ann's shift is a joke not to mention the 2nd shift manager Ann is a racist...ask the one an only black person she had fired.....they will not hire another black person ...don't believe go try. Ann who looks as if she would make a great leather couch, acts as if she were 17 again but looks as if she's about to break in half from all the tanning. Nor will they hire an americain in the back because what would they do with all the Mexicans? Also how would he/she communicate with the illegal mexican whom can't speak one word of English! Our country is going to hell because of companies like this> This is america come here take our jobs and don't even learn our language! get real the Kettle is a breeding ground for immigrants sorry America learn spanish!!!

this place is a good place to eat ; somethings on the menu are better than others great homemade soup (veg beef) and good french toast ! their sweet tea needs work the service is good never had a problem there

I despise any restaurant that refuses to use seasoning. Plain tasting food doesn't get it done.

If you're used to low quality restaurants, then the Kettle Diner is for you.
