I tried to make an appointment and they put me on hold for 15 minutes. When I finally got an appointment I had to wait 5 days to be seen. Two hours before my appointment I got a call from them trying to reschedule. They put me on hold for another 10 minutes waiting for a nurse and I was send to voice mail. When I finally got through again they said I could call back in the morning and see if they could squeeze me in. I am highly dissatisfied with their customer service.
