They have great customer service and I have full confidence in leaving my jewelry with them for repairs. They are also very comfortable working with platinum, unlike some other jewelry stores in the area (Millbrae Jewelers)

Good selection, you know you are getting quality...but it doesn't come cheap. Service is good and they service a lot of name brands. But if you know what you want you might be better off going to the gift center in SF to save some money.
