Extremely rude woman working in the office
When my son and I first entered the office on F Street, Dona, the woman working in that office answering the phones and greeting the customers, immediately started-in with an attitude. She was helping us, but couldn't file my son's file so she made one of those annoyingly loud sighs that you would expect from a teenager with an attitude problem. Then, she answered the phone while we sat there for about seven minutes waiting on her to finish her call. I nudged my son on his arm and whispered to him that we should probably go somewhere else because right away I got a bad vibe from her. He wanted to stay since he was eager to begin claases and start driving. We got through that inital meeting and I dismissed Dona's attitude as maybe she was having a bad day. Besides, the other workers in the office were all being very nice. Since then, I spoke with Dona a couple times over the phone making appointments for my son and each time she was very sarcastic and just plain rude. The last time my son went in for his driving lesson, she blatantly lied to my face, yelled at me (in front of my son and her daughter), and then escalated to using profanity. (And I'm really making this into a short story.) I considered calling the police because of the verbal beating I was taking from her, but I didn't want my son to witness any more of this woman's wrath. So, I decided to approach this matter a different way. Never in my life have I ever been treated so horribly!! I left there shaking and in tears because I was so angry at the way she treated me - a paying customer. I was even afraid at one point that she was going to physically attack me! I tried to reason with her at the time, but there's just no reasoning with someone like that. The sad thing is, all the other workers I've met there are very nice.
