The building where the class is held is disgusting!!! Spitballs covered the entire ceiling! The wallpaper looked more like it was cheap wrapping paper from the Dollar Store. It was peeling and someone could have just ripped it off if they got really bored. The teacher was so wierd. He acted like he had a hangover or had been smoking something earlier that day. He would get really quiet than have this really loud outburst. He almost fell out of his chair aswell. The lady working at the front desk at the office was extremely rude. One day when we were taking a test, she was on the phone and began to yell at the other person on the line. She was practically screaming. This made it very hard to finish my test. For all of the reasons I do not reccomend taking Driver's Ed/ Driver's Training with Kern Drivign and Traffic School.

When my son and I first entered the office on F Street, Dona, the woman working in that office answering the phones and greeting the customers, immediately started-in with an attitude. She was helping us, but couldn't file my son's file so she made one of those annoyingly loud sighs that you would expect from a teenager with an attitude problem. Then, she answered the phone while we sat there for about seven minutes waiting on her to finish her call. I nudged my son on his arm and whispered to him that we should probably go somewhere else because right away I got a bad vibe from her. He wanted to stay since he was eager to begin claases and start driving. We got through that inital meeting and I dismissed Dona's attitude as maybe she was having a bad day. Besides, the other workers in the office were all being very nice. Since then, I spoke with Dona a couple times over the phone making appointments for my son and each time she was very sarcastic and just plain rude. The last time my son went in for his driving lesson, she blatantly lied to my face, yelled at me (in front of my son and her daughter), and then escalated to using profanity. (And I'm really making this into a short story.) I considered calling the police because of the verbal beating I was taking from her, but I didn't want my son to witness any more of this woman's wrath. So, I decided to approach this matter a different way. Never in my life have I ever been treated so horribly!! I left there shaking and in tears because I was so angry at the way she treated me - a paying customer. I was even afraid at one point that she was going to physically attack me! I tried to reason with her at the time, but there's just no reasoning with someone like that. The sad thing is, all the other workers I've met there are very nice. Dona gives the whole company a bad name. I plan to follow-up with oth

My husband got a speeding ticket and we needed him to do traffic school to keep it from going on his driving record and we went here. The price for the class was pretty cheap and the class wasn't boring either which made it easier for my husband to stay awake.

Whenever you get a ticket or anything you usually have to go to traffic school. I have been here one time and the class was actually not that bad. They made it fun and at the same time you were able to learn a lot. They are good at keeping your attention. The instructors are very good at teaching the classes. It is usually easy to get in when you want to.

Kern driving and traffic school is one that has been around Bakersfield for quite some time now. I remember taking driving lessons through them and I learned a lot. They made classes fun but very rewarding at the same time. You can always go to them if you need to take traffic school for a speeding ticket or whatever. Everyone is really nice here.
