THEIR CHILDREN'S SERVICES ARE THE BEST AND SO NEEDED IN BAKERSFIELD. THEIR SERVICES REGARDING TEENS TRANSITIONING INTO ADULTS, ARE ALSO EXCELLENT...I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS AGENCY. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY, ESPECIALLY FOR THOSE WITH SMALL INCOMES OR STATE INSURANCE.
