VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! My appt was rushed so they could close early. I didn't realize until new glasses arrived I wasn't asked if I wanted the thin lenses upgrade because of my strong prescription. Also, edges weren't polished. Melissa spent 3 seconds 'adjusting' my new glasses. I repeated at least 5 times I only wanted 1 box contacts each-they ordered 2 & argued with me. Rude, arrogant, incompetent. Refused to provide detailed receipt (State Law) showing insurance charges detail & how my cost was calculated. Lied about fees & ins reimbursement. STAY AWAY!!!
