DISAPPOINTMENT
I??????m an avid user (was) of the Kentucky Car Wash on a regular basis. I was greatly disappointed to see that they have raised their prices ($2 on the premium wash) and continue to lack any kind of quality control on their work performance. From the customer??????s perspective, the employees have an overall ??????I don??????t care attitude??????, just push the vehicles through as fast as possible. Failure to vacuum and wipe out empty side door pockets, clean cup holders, clean bugs off the grill, clean tire rims and hard to remove dirt on the exterior of the vehicle that the wash fails to remove. Recently when I pointed out a problem to one of the employees, it gets taken care of, however, I??????m still curious if I received a cussing in Spanish, since I can??????t understand what the employee is saying to his co-workers after I??????ve pointed out the problem. Bottom-line, if you want satisfied customers who??????ll continue to return at those prices, you must have someone who checks the vehicle very thoroughly at the end and that someone needs to be able to communicate with the customer in ENGLISH!
