I had a plumbing emergency after hours and needed it fixed fast. Other companies I called quoted me three to four times the amount that Kent Plumbing did. When I called Kent Plumbing, I spoke with the owner and was immediately impressed and felt at ease. He was extremely friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions and concerns patiently. Never once did I feel unimportant or that I was "being swindled." When the plumber arrived, he was professional, courteous, friendly and worked quickly and quietly. No surprise charges and very pleased with the results. Will definitely use them again!!
