Friendly service
I had to change a broken string. Ken was very helpful in explaining the whole process and even asked me to bring it after a day so that he could do the tuning correctly. He even tuned another violin for free. Friendly guy.

As a String Instrumentalist, I find it hard to find stores that specialize in strings as most stores cater to wind and brass instruments. Sun's Violins is a great store to find anything you might need to play a string instrument, and a great place to go to if you have repairs to be done. Sun's is a friendly environment and help is always available.

PROS: string specialists.
CONS: prices.
