Flat out unprofessional, I could have hire two toddlers to do a better job

After speaking with owner (Ken) on the phone and explaining the issues I had at my house, he went over the details of the treatment and quoted me a price for the service over the phone. Then he set up an appointment to come out, he called me before the treatment to let me know he was on the way to my house. Upon arriving, let explained the treatment again and started to work. Overall I'm very happy with the treatment and I've referred him to 2 co-workers and my neighbor. Great Price + Great Service = Happy Customer
