My new car needs to be fixed again....
I purchased from your dealership and really expected the service dept. to be better. Twice I've had to bring my car in this month and each time I had to bring it back a second time to get the warranty work done. Our time is valuable. Please be more through in the future.

I had a really good experience. I hate buying cars- I dont like dealing with all the sales games. I told robert how to sell me. He didn't push, pressure or play games. We had a fair negotiation, and made the deal.

We took the ranger in for an oil change. Noticed it was 2 quarts low. Filled it and said nothing. 2 years later my dad took it in for another oil change. We didn't check it for a week. It needed 4 quarts!! Now it burns oil. Thanks, Ted!!!!!
