Today I experienced service I have come to expect from a resort, not a car dealership. When news surfaced about braking issues on my current vehicle, it was time to start shopping. I visited multiple dealers and everyone treated me like I had a disease, and that my almost new car was'nt worth anything. Ready to give up, my neighbor convinced me to give her salesman Miguel a shot, and see if he could be any help. Boy I have to say their whole staff treated me like I was not just a customer but part of their family, I can proudly say im driving a Ford Fusion Hybrid and love it. Service Department is great. Mike is my service guy. He's great at his job, honest, he always takes care of my car. I have a 2001 Mustang GT BULLITT. Every time I pick up my car it runs like brand new. I do admit taking your car to the dealer can get quite expensive but it's well worth it, especially when you have a high performance vehicle. And no one knows my car like Ken Grody. They have a great High Performance Department, everyone that works in the service department is always nice to me, everyone greets me. Great jobs guys!!!!!!!!!‎
