Snaked me
They talked me into getting a 3 year membership with them saying how they would take care of me. Alphonso was the guy. Don't trust the guy. He'll tell you how he's gonna do you a favor and then turn around and jack you. He had me apply for a credit card when I didn't want one or need one. I had enough cash on hand to pay it. After a few months I thought I'd go back and get a oil change. He just smiles and says they are booked. no checking other sites nothing. I pop a tire and he quotes me a price higher than pepboys who I don't have a 3 year membership with. the hell is wrong with this company. Apparently they are doing so well they can treat their customers like crap. I got no love for this company now. I hope it goes under. With customer service like that I'm sure it will.‎

The owner of this place is a complete liar, do not trust him with anything, I wouldn't trust him to weld a pot handle back on for me. This man is very unreliable and never comes through on any of his commitment's. I repeat dont do any ...

Really Disappointed
I went back to Express Tires for the second time because I had a good experience through my company. I went for my personal vehicle and was really disappointed with my service representative who had me fill out forms one of which ended up being a credit card application for Goodyear. I told him I didn't come to Express Tires for a credit card and he refused to give me back the application and he told me it didn't matter anyways ...

I had a small job I needed his mobile service for. Four
I had a small job I needed his mobile service for. Four afternoons in a row he said he would show and didn't. On two of the days he didn't even bother to call to say he wasn't coming. The final day I double-checked to make sure he was coming and he absolutely said he was, but never did and never called. Maybe he's got larger fish to fry and my job isn't overly important to him, but he could show some professionalism and common courtesy to his customers. Also, when I dropped off some fully marked and labeled exhaust pipes at his shop, his associate at his shop didn't know the left side of the car from the right. He said I should have labeled things "driver's side and passenger's side", as he began welding the labeled parts backwards and had to call me to come back to the shop to point out why things didn't look right after his tack welds. Anybody in the automotive industry should understand which side of a car is the left side and which is the right. Plus several of the left/right labeled parts could only go on one way, so he could have used those for reference on the others. So I have to say that I won't be using these guys ever again, and I don't recommend them either. If the owner of the shop reads this and isn't happy with it, well, that's too bad, you earned it. Show some accountability.

Worst Customer Service I've ever...
I visited this establishment to have 3 welds done on my motorcycle. I went on a Friday, and the owner told me it was about a one day job, and that he could get to it the next Thursday if I brought the bike back. I thought it was strange he didn't write this in an appointment book or schedule or anything. I brought the bike back and left it on Thursday, and again thought it strange that he didn't fill out any actual paperwork, but wrote my phone number (no name) on a scrap of paper in the shop. I heard nothing on Friday or Saturday (they are open Saturday), and finally Monday I called. He said he was getting to it and would have it done the next day. No call the next day or the next. By Thursday, I drove down there again. He said he would surely get to it by Friday. Now, I wanted these welds done, and it had been there a week, so I left it still. There was no call Friday or Saturday. Monday, I called him again. He said he was literally wheeling it into the shop, and it would be ...
