kaycee and her staff go out of their way to make sure you are really satisfied they know what they are doing they even know what you want even if you have no idea i will always take all of my dogs to kaycees and no where else

I took my little shitsu guy to get groomed, and they did a pretty good job. There were a very few uneven spots, but it was a pretty good price and it's really nice that they're open on Saturdays.

I,ve been taking my dogs to Kaycees for years,(including some big male rotties & a female american bulldog), & I have "ALWAYS" been very happy with how they look & smell after being groomed there.
Kaycee & her staff are always very friendly & professional. I have sent several friends with dogs to her shop & every single one of them have thanked me for recomending them to her.Some of them have dogs that are difficult to groom & have been turned away by other shops but Kaycee knows how to calm them down & they learn to enjoy the grooming experience.

What a nightmare! I was about 20 minutes late for my appointment, however in the end, it took 2 hours longer than the woman said it would to solely bathe, and trim the nails on my 2 Bulldogs. They where there from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30. Once I put my dogs in the car, I noticed they where panting so hard that I had to pull over to give them water. Both of them where extremely thirsty, which leads me to believe that they put my dogs in a hot room/kennels with no water! WHAT KIND OF PLACE DOES THIS? Any dog person knows that Bulldogs need access to water at all times, especially when it is warm/hot outside which it is today. There was no water in any of the metal kennels against the wall that I could see. Upon further inspection of my dogs, they didn?t even clean their ears! This deeply saddens me because I paid close to $80.00 for this crappy service, and I don?t they they value pets there very much. I am never, ever going here again, and will tell everyone about my experience.

I have been taking my dog here since she was a puppy. She always comes back looking gorgeous and smells great! The dogs love this place and never dread coming in. All of my dogs come here to get spruced up!
