I have only used the parts dep and these guys are really nice. Order parts quickly and notify when they arrive.
Prices fair and service has always been good.
No real experience with the service or bikes sales teams - well actually a little - the service department couldn't cut valve seat for old 90cc honda head - not maybe surprising but little disappointing. Directed me to a separate machine shop.
btw. The 1 star review is for a car dealership - wrong store.

As headline suggest I have had years of good experiences with the parts department. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
I often order parts through the shop and usually get them faster than I would get from online stores. Obviously the basic stuff is in the shelf. When ordering the communication has always been great - keep me up to date with deliveries and accurately predict the times.
I gave 4 stars as I have no experience with the bike sales team or the repair shop.

Honda of Santa Monica: Your WORST NIGHTMARE

Even in an industry long-despised for sleazy business tactics, Honda of Santa Monica is proven one of the most dishonest car dealerships in Southern California. That's not me talking, that's the District Attorney! Google: 'Honda of Santa Monica' and read about the 'Deceptive Business Practices Suit' they settled for over $1.3 million in 2006.
When I returned a leased car recently, they used every trick in the book trying to cheat me. They added deceptive and blatantly false charges to my end contract, lied to my face repeatedly and kept me waiting over three hours. I've never had a worse customer experience in my life and that's saying something. There are too many other decent Honda dealerships around--avoid Santa Monica Honda like the bubonic plague.
